I must agree with Jacobsen. Lube will provide a whole new meaning to the word "Pleasure" to you the very first time you try it. Astroglide is widely available in most Grocery stores and any Drug Store. I do not prefer the silicone version, I like the water based type and think you will too. Don't forget Alboline either. I use baby oil for lube when providing a handjob for my date. For my own personal vaginal lube I use KY Jelly..just a touch of it is all I need.

I use this stuff called after sun. It's a thick aloe type gel sort of thing you can get in the drug store in the aisle with the sun tan products. It's water based, formulated not to dry very fast, and if you add a bit of water to it and shake it up, it forms a nice smooth lube. It's cheap, you get a big bottle of it for like $2.
It washes off with water, and all you really need to do is just wipe it off with a towel if you're in a hurry. It was made to just slop on and leave it there anyway. You can also get bottles of concentrated glycerine pretty cheap at the drug store. That's what they make a lot of the commercial lubes with. It's pretty thick and you'll probably want to water that down too. It's basically the same stuff you'll buy in a sex shop at a fraction of the price.
