Is this a general thread or strictly Space Fucker support thread?

Well it does say tech support so one would have to assume it is for tech issues with the site. Spacefucker is a sex site not a computer help site.
That being said if you ask a tech question here other than for the site you may get a few answers. But I don't think there are many "tech experts" who are hanging out on here.

Yes, I think this section is for members to ask about or have identified an issue that may require the site administrators to carry out some work on the site

It is mainly for tech support for the forum, however as mentioned by CoffinDodger if you ask about some other tech support issues you may get lucky and get an answer to your issue.

langding, what issue do you have with tech (not related to the board)?

I just queried it as I was new here and also I'm into Tech so I could've learned or shared solutions to those type of queries.

Right, the electricity tripped and my pc is not starting up anymore. The 2 led's on the system unit are flashing green. The main board led is on. Can it be that it's only the PSU that's packed up?

Any fans spin even If slightly when power is pushed? Separate video or onboard?
Separate the tower from everything but power. See if there is fan spin. Remove video card if equipped and check again. Remove ram (unplugged of course) and swap to different lanes. Retest

I have reseated the PSU cables to the board. I noticed the CPU fan spins every 3 seconds for like 2 seconds as the Power LED and HD LED flash green. I did set the bios to reboot when there's a power outage before this happened and it would reboot as we had loadshedding every day then. I unplugged all the cables. It's doing the same. Yes, I have an add-on Display card. I want to add videos but these are too large atm. Will try and gif them. The mainboard LED also light up but I think the red one flashes. I'll try and gif these clips soon. Thanks.

langding, steady flashes or coded?
Sounds like either the psu or CPU.
I would pull the video card and see if the board powers up. If not see if you can "borrow" a psu to test. Try reseating the CPU but carefully.

langding, have you swapped out memory sticks? Try with 1 stick. Check each rail.

Steady flashes, hopefully it's the PSU, the PSU fan also spins for 2 seconds until cut out. I've asked a friend for his one, will see if he will allow me to. I'll remove the display card and RAM. Will check for beeps. Hopefully it's not the Mainboard at fault.

How do I add clips that are 2.7mb? It says this. Do I need to wait it out?
Поделиться142020-08-19 17:53:58
No it's to big for the site I'm afraid.

What's the limit?
Поделиться162020-08-19 17:54:09
A few seconds both on and then both off and on and off.

I've never been able to upload anything larger than 1.3mb

Ok one test for CPU is to unplug the CPU 4 pin power and see if board stabilizes.

Doesn't respond when holding down the power button.
